Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive all items in your order. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return:

2. The original shipping fee and any optional Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Please ensure that you do not accidentally include items not purchased from Oliada in your return package, as we cannot return them to you.
5. If incorrect recipient information is provided, your package may be lost or returned to us, and we will not be responsible. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

7. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags intact. Items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
