At Oliada, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our children’s furniture and organizational products—including Art & Activity items, Book Storage, Learn & Play essentials, Tables & Chairs, and More Storage solutions. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns for items that:

    • Have been assembled, used, or modified.

    • Show signs of wear, damage, or are not in resalable condition.

Product-Specific Notes:

  • Items such as Tables & Chairs or Storage Units must not have been assembled or show any scratches, stains, or missing components.

  • Learn & Play or Activity Sets must be returned unopened if sealed packaging is present.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at help@oliada.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization
    Our support team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping
    You must ship the item using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • An email confirmation will be sent once your refund is processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at help@oliada.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
